This is how I make an otaku hairstyle. I just use : - A brush. - A thin comb. - 2 hair scruchies. xDDD - A hair bow. (or everything eles that you wanna put in you'r hair !) You can do this hairstyle with ever hair length . :D Enjoy ! ^^
